Job Title: Media Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Media Management Assistant to join our Brand & Media Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of our Brand Media Activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Senior Media Manager to develop and implement media plans that drive business results.
  • Support the creation of impactful presentations to visualize data and campaign performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of media buying across multiple channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the month-end closing process and maintain accurate cost overviews.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, with German skills a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office or G-Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Affinity for marketing and analytical thinking.
  • Independent and responsible work style with a hands-on mentality.
