Job Title: Media Management Assistant

Join our dynamic team at Flaconi GmbH as a Media Management Assistant and play a key role in the planning and execution of our brand media activations. As a member of our Brand & Media Management Team, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Media Manager to support the development and implementation of our media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of brand media activations, including TV commercials, out-of-home advertising, print, and podcast campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Media Manager to prepare and follow up on briefings and execute media buying across multiple channels.
  • Develop and maintain reports using analytic platforms like TVSquared or Tableau to visualize data and campaign performance.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including different flaconi teams, external agencies, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming media platforms to inform strategic decision-making and campaign development.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, with German skills a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office or G-Suite, especially Excel.
  • Affinity for marketing and an analytical way of thinking.
  • An independent, responsible work style with a hands-on mentality.
