Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our operations in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project implementation, customer support, and business development in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project implementation in the Middle East, focusing on water supply and sanitation projects, with a strong emphasis on our activities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Provide customer support on site and from our head office in Germany.
  • Travel regularly to the region to oversee operations and meet with clients.
  • Supervise and direct our offices in the region, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Participate actively in business development and sales activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients and partners.
  • Offer technical assistance in projects or project management as needed.
Requirements
  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Sanitation, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of German and English.
