Job Title: Employee Communications Manager – EMEA

At Intuitive, we are united behind our mission: to revolutionize minimally invasive care through intelligent technology and ingenuity. We're seeking a seasoned employee communications expert to join our People Experience team in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute employee communications strategies to support key business priorities in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, leaders, and cross-functional partners to create engaging content and experiences.
  • Manage the production of various written, visual, and multimedia communications, including executive messaging, presentations, and organizational announcements.
  • Partner with global communications, people brand, and inclusion & diversity teams to share and leverage content, channels, and forums.
  • Translate and localize corporate communications messaging, working with colleagues to manage other language translations.
  • Measure the effectiveness and impact of employee communications strategies on business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience building and executing internal communications strategies in a complex, multinational corporate environment.
  • Experience managing teams and/or agencies and contractors.
  • Deep experience consulting with and influencing executives and senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced and matrixed corporate environments.
