About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our legal strategy and providing expert advice on a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our management team and other stakeholders on various legal issues, including contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations affecting our industry and provide recommendations on how to adapt to these changes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our business teams to identify and mitigate legal risks and develop strategies to minimize these risks.
  • Represent our organization in legal proceedings and negotiations with external parties.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in law (LL.M. or equivalent) and significant experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
