We are currently seeking a Cleaning and Hygiene Specialist / Facility Manager (m/f/d) within the Technical Systems - Construction / Civil Engineering (TA-B/B) department.

Your Role: Effective Cleaning Management

  • Coordinator: Independently manage and oversee external cleaning service providers in our facilities.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for all cleaning-related matters within the management team.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections in various areas to ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and document deficiencies, working independently to resolve them with external partners.
  • Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects and cost control within the cleaning division.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency in cleaning management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Professional Background: Completed training in building cleaning or a related vocational qualification.
  • Certification: Further training as a building manager or specialist in cleaning and hygiene (m/f/d) is preferred, or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing cleaning services.
  • Business Insight: Strong understanding of business economics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Commitment to Learning: Eagerness to engage in continuous education and professional development.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team spirit and adaptability to work alongside colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with standard MS Office applications.
  • Driver's License: Valid Class B driver's license.
