Position Overview
As the Director of SAP Platform Engineering, you will embark on a transformative professional journey that transcends traditional service delivery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of our SAP Hybrid platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SAP Platform Engineering team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- SAP Platform Management: Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of SAP platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SAP platform engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with SAP vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee SAP platform projects from inception to completion, including planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk management.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the performance of SAP platforms, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure SAP platforms adhere to security and compliance standards, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand requirements and ensure alignment with SAP platform initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to SAP platform initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budget and resource management for the Platform Engineering Domain, including strategic planning and resource allocation to ensure successful development and maintenance of the platform infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in SAP platform engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with cloud technologies and migration strategies, SAP on Azure, or SAP RISE.
- Familiarity with SAP Solutions such as S/4HANA, BW, MDG, GRC Access Control, ARIBA, Fieldglass, and others.
- Certification in SAP technology areas is advantageous (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate).
