At Exyte, we're seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Management expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by managing complex subcontractor relationships and driving commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control subcontractor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with subcontractors, minimizing risks and maximizing value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and commercial management, to drive project success
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize delays and optimize subcontractor performance
  • Provide regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager, ensuring transparency and accountability
Requirements:
  • Strong background in economics or engineering, with a deep understanding of the construction industry and contracts
  • Excellent commercial and technical skills, with experience in using MS Office and SAP
  • Proficiency in German and English, with a minimum level of B2
  • Ability to travel and work on-site, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
