KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Pan-European distribution accounts with a global focus on significant clients. Engage in direct negotiations and promote sales for passive and wireless connectivity solutions. Develop, implement, and execute strategies for business growth and marketing sales tailored to specific products, regions, and markets. Drive sales and enhance market presence for Panasonic products by collaborating closely with the product marketing and business development teams. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering mutual understanding and establishing win-win partnerships. Build and sustain a robust network across all organizational levels between Panasonic and its clients. Regularly report on established KPIs to track performance.QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in business or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, ideally within distribution or manufacturing. Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of passive components being advantageous. A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer needs and accountability. Exceptional networking and presentation abilities, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Proficiency in both German and English is essential. Willingness to travel as required.
