Automation Testing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Test Automation Engineer willing to relocate to Germany.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing all testing activities related to the project (battery management systems)
  • Collaborating with the development and testing teams
  • Serving as the primary contact for test managers across various departments
  • Managing diverse testing activities in alignment with project milestones
  • Establishing a risk-based testing strategy in conjunction with the testing departments for the specific project
  • Accountability for project strategy and planning documentation in accordance with ASPICE
  • Generating detailed reports on testing progress and maturity levels utilizing various tools
  • Contributing to process improvement within the system development process (SEP).

Essential qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in development or testing within the automotive sector
  • Proficiency in software and systems verification and validation, preferably in embedded systems
  • Development experience aligned with Aspice and ISO26262, including successful evaluations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to operate independently
  • Assertiveness, quality consciousness, and teamwork capabilities
  • Fluency in both English and German
