We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Social Care Professional to join our team at the Hans-Reitze-Haus. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and guidance to residents with intellectual disabilities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment for all residents.
Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
