Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer for our operations in Friedberg (Hessen). In this pivotal role, you will engage with potential clients, showcasing our products and the IMAGO brand. Your efforts in managing customer relationships and fulfilling orders will contribute to the growth of the company and your professional success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee existing customer accounts and key partnerships
- Establish connections with prospective clients
- Identify and develop new market segments and customer demographics
- Deliver product demonstrations and consultations in various formats, including on-site, at trade exhibitions, online, or via video conferencing
- Assess inquiries to determine customer alignment with our offerings
- Collaborate closely with the development team to tailor our expertise to customer applications and requirements
- Prepare persuasive proposals
- Negotiate long-term supply agreements and contracts
- Completed technical degree (e.g., engineering, industrial engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or technical computer science) or equivalent qualifications
- Relevant professional experience is essential; candidates with backgrounds in project management, production, or development are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with our IT systems (CRM, Jira-Confluence, Office 365, AI tools)
- Ability to inspire confidence in our customers and team
- Strong self-motivation and capacity for independent work
- Fluency in both German and English
