About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our IT department and drive digital transformation at MGH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT department and oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies
  • Develop and implement digital transformation projects to improve business processes and efficiency
  • Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to ensure data protection and compliance
  • Manage IT budgets and procurement processes
  • Collaborate with external IT service providers and vendors
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure and architecture

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT leadership and digital transformation
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, and security
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
