Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in the Mobile & Web Apps division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing the long-term product vision and strategy for our passenger assistance and incident management features. Your primary goal will be to deliver innovative features that delight customers and users, while also ensuring the continuous improvement of existing features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and user needs, as well as market trends and analysis.
  • Drive the conceptualization of new features with the design team and prepare for implementation with the development teams.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for our product portfolio, ensuring competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
  • Structure and organize product functionality, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor market development and integrate customer feedback and usage data to optimize the product.
  • Support project managers, sales, and customers in an advisory capacity, carrying out product presentations and communicating the advantages and functions of the product.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in a relevant field of study, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Several years of proven professional experience in product management, ideally in a technology-oriented, agile environment.
  • Ability to identify and exploit market opportunities, with a deep understanding of product development cycles and product roadmap creation.
  • Proven track record in leading product teams and developing software solutions in the area of end-user apps for mobile and/or web.
  • Knowledge of user experience design (UX) and human-centered design.
  • Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, especially in the context of SaaS pricing models.
  • Solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to mobile & web apps, as well as the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.
