Der Zentralbereich Reinsurance Accounting (RIA) ist für die Bereitstellung von verlässlichen Rechnungslegungsinformationen an interne und externe Stakeholder verantwortlich.

Die Abteilung RIA Operations ist für das technische Rechnungswesen und die kaufmännische Schadenbearbeitung unseres weltweiten Rückversicherungsgeschäfts zuständig.

Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Schadenbearbeitung zu erwerben und darauf aufbauend schnell weiterführende und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben zu übernehmen.

Wir suchen mehrere Hochschulabsolventen und Berufseinsteiger, die unser globales Team verstärken möchten.

  • Berechnung und Buchung von Rückversicherungsabrechnungen
  • Kaufmännische Schadenprüfung und -bearbeitung aus unseren vertraglichen und fakultativen Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Bearbeitung relevanter Großschadenmeldungen
  • Sicherstellung des Zahlungsverkehrs mit unseren Zedenten sowie Erledigung der Korrespondenz und des Mahnwesens
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Vertragsdaten in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Geschäftseinheiten
  • Arbeiten in einer vielfältigen Systemlandschaft
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Schnittstellen wie Claims, Asset-Liability-Management und unseren Geschäftseinheiten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung unserer weiteren Middle-Office-Standorte (Johannesburg, Madrid, Princeton, Singapur)

  • Weitergabe von Wissen im Rahmen von Schulungen

Wir suchen nach:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor, Master), vorzugsweise mit den Schwerpunkten Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Steuern oder Finanzen; gerne auch mit erster Berufserfahrung
  • Rechnungslegungskenntnisse erwünscht
  • Hohe Affinität zum Rechnungswesen, sehr gutes Zahlen- und Datenverständnis
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Ergebnisorientierung
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie gute Networking-Fähigkeiten für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Schnittstellen
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutsch- und/ oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung)
