Your Contribution Here:

As our Lead Client Engagement Strategist, you will work closely with our clients to assess their training requirements, formulate their account strategy, and execute it as your main focus. You will collaborate with your Digital Learning peers and the Customer Engagement Lead.

From your first day, you will be introduced to your Accounts, aiming to cultivate a long-lasting, stable partnership with your clients.

In your initial 90 days, you will craft your account strategy to enhance client loyalty and maximize client value.

On a regular day, you will identify additional training needs of your clients and broaden their utilization of our platform to its fullest potential.

You will equip your clients with comprehensive insights into the platform through regular virtual product training sessions.

Within your first 6 months, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our product based on client feedback.

During your first year with us, you will emerge as a key influencer in the digital transformation of corporate learning for our clients.



What You Will Need to Thrive

You have a passion for employee development, knowledge sharing, and corporate training.

You possess 4-6 years of experience in account management / client engagement with a Sales focus in the B2B SaaS sector.

You excel in communication and stand out with your analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

You are proficient in both German and English.

Ideally, you have experience with some of our tools (e.g., SalesForce).
