We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our research team at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR). As a researcher in computer science, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative technologies.

Project Overview

Our team is currently working on a project to develop a multiplayer game for testing contact tracing approaches. The game will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of different contact tracing methods and provide personalized infection risk management approaches. As a researcher, you will be responsible for developing the game and conducting experiments to test the effectiveness of the contact tracing approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a multiplayer game as a virtual testbed for contact tracing approaches
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of different contact tracing methods
  • Conduct experiments to test the effectiveness of the contact tracing approaches
  • Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement new technologies
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Master degree in computer science or similar
  • Experience with development frameworks for online games
  • Willingness to learn about new technologies
  • Interest in serious games
