Key Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance and support services for applications and operating systems

• Gather extensive diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve issues related to end-user computing (EUC) devices

• Offer advice, training, and corrections to users and create documentation

• Investigate and resolve problems affecting EUC devices, peripherals, and installed software

• Monitor and address performance-related issues

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-focused end-user support function covering EUC and software/OS installations and support

• Proficiency in incident resolution, requests, changes, and problem-solving activities delivered within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

• Experience with Windows 7 and 10 using System Centre Configuration Manager

• Provide EUC activities as part of TAF scope under onsite services

• Prior experience in a customer-focused end-user support role is appreciated

• German and English language proficiency
