About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Specialist to join our team at Radeberger Gruppe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our employees and management team on all personnel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on personnel-related matters, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Manage employee data and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
