About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in the Rail Infrastructure business unit. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for advising commercial and technical project leaders on contract-related matters, identifying legal risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for analyzing contract documents, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise commercial and technical project leaders on contract-related matters, including contract law and negotiation strategies.
- Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including the development of contract clauses and negotiation strategies.
- Analyze contract documents, identify opportunities and risks, and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement contract management strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a production company or conglomerate.
- Excellent knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
