Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Sie unterstützen die kaufmännischen und technischen Projektteams in der Angebots- und Projektabwicklung innerhalb der Business Unit "Rail Infrastructure" in allen Belangen des Vertragsrechts.
  • Im Rahmen von Angebotsprojekten analysieren Sie rechtliche Risiken und beraten die Projektleitung sowie den Vertrieb bei der Erstellung der Angebote.
  • In der Projektabwicklung prüfen Sie die Vertragsdokumente und identifizieren Chancen und Risiken, um das Risikomanagement der Projekte zu optimieren.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Claim Management, einschließlich der vollständigen Dokumentation und der nachhaltigen Verfolgung von Ansprüchen unter Verwendung der entsprechenden Tools.
  • Zusätzlich klären Sie rechtliche Fragestellungen zur Vertragsauslegung und unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Nachträgen.
  • Sie nehmen aktiv an Vertragsverhandlungen teil.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben ein Hochschulstudium in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Contract Specialist, in einem produzierenden Unternehmen oder Konzern mit.
  • Ihre Kenntnisse in wirtschaftlichen und technischen Zusammenhängen sowie Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick sind ausgeprägt.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Eigeninitiative, Ergebnisorientierung und Teamfähigkeit aus.
  • In einem internationalen Projektumfeld kommunizieren Sie sicher in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
