Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Germany to spearhead innovative marketing campaigns and strategies, positioning Qonto as the preferred financial solution for SMEs and freelancers in the region. Working alongside Zuzanna, our experienced Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth in one of Qonto's fastest-growing markets. This key position requires fluency in both German and English to effectively communicate our mission and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, focusing on the B2B sector.
- Collaborate with product marketing, SEO, digital marketing, CRM, demand generation, sales, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Manage projects meticulously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with local and central teams for alignment with global initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a creative and analytical mindset in marketing, consistently exploring new channels and tactics to engage our target audience.

About Your Future Manager:
Zuzanna brings extensive experience in building marketing departments within B2B and B2C tech startups. She is known for her leadership style based on trust and transparency, and her commitment to continuous learning and development makes her an inspiring figure who will support your career aspirations.

About You:
- Languages: Proficient in German and English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the German market, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or similar B2B business models.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, enabling you to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing across various channels, with proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, facilitating smooth collaboration across teams.
- Creativity: A creative and analytical thinker, always seeking innovative ways to engage with your audience.
