Role Overview

As a Marketing Campaign Lead (m/f/d), you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth and brand visibility in Germany. Your role will encompass the strategic oversight and comprehensive management of marketing campaigns. A proven track record in marketing strategy and campaign execution within the grocery retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors in Germany is essential. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of Flink's communication strategy with German consumers through targeted marketing campaigns, market analysis, and the application of industry best practices;
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns across all marketing channels to drive brand awareness and business growth;
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, tracking, and evaluation of marketing campaigns;
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the overall business strategy;
  • Serve as a local brand ambassador, prioritizing customer interests and advocating for them throughout the organization.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience within the German market, ideally in a dynamic environment with a reputable brand in retail, e-commerce, or food delivery;
  • Proven ability to analyze local market trends and create impactful, relevant campaigns that resonate with the target audience;
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
