Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain our product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with our business strategy and meets the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement product-market strategies for the After Sales area, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Initiate and coordinate the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage and maintain product data, including prices, master data, and sales arguments, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare strategic and organizational sales initiatives for the After Sales sector, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct competitive analyses and evaluate market trends to inform business decisions.
- Derive strategic recommendations for the service manager, collecting and condensing market and customer information to inform business strategy.
- Develop and implement discontinuation management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition for customers and minimizing business disruption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promote our products to customers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise on component discontinuations, working with technicians to determine viable alternatives and ensure business continuity.
- Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable education/training.
- Prior work experience is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Strong understanding of business administration principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
