Product Lifecycle Manager

As a Product Lifecycle Manager at Körber Pharma Inspection GmbH, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product portfolio and strategy for the After Sales area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with market needs and customer expectations.
- Initiate and coordinate the entire product development process, from concept to launch.
- Collect and analyze data to create compelling sales arguments and drive business growth.
- Prepare strategic and organizational sales initiatives for the After Sales sector, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct competitive analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive business success.
- Derive strategic recommendations for the service manager, collecting and condensing market and customer information.
- Manage the discontinuation process, ensuring a seamless transition for customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promote products effectively.
- Elaborate on responses and actions to component discontinuations, coordinating with technicians to determine product opportunities.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field. Prior work experience is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Strong business administration skills, with a focus on product development and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
