About the Role:

As a Resource Manager at Recognition One, you will play a pivotal position in ensuring the right resources are provided at the right time and cost for professional services engagements. You will coordinate with external system integrator partners and gain exposure to some of the largest infrastructure software projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming resource requests for strategic and corporate customers in the assigned region, balancing multiple and conflicting requirements.
  • Oversee regional resource requests, collaborating with your resource analyst and providing guidance on priorities according to resourcing guidelines.
  • Attend and conduct meetings with Project Managers to gather project requirements, initiate resource plans, and track changing resource needs.
  • Update and monitor schedules, balancing them against available resources, and identify/recommend consultants for projects.
  • Create Work Authorizations and PR/POs in relation to subcontracting management.
  • Work with delivery managers to maximize utilization rates across resources and optimize the resource pool.
  • Handle partner resource onboarding, ensuring access to applications and monitoring for security purposes.
  • Prepare weekly RMO reports and share insights about resourcing trends, capacity issues, and skills shortages with Delivery leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the resourcing process by sharing ideas and feedback.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Within 60 Days: Become knowledgeable about the organization's structure and stakeholders, establishing strong collaboration and understanding customer requirements for effective resourcing.
  • Within 90 Days: Autonomously manage demands and escalations for strategic customers, focusing on improving delivery capabilities and leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Within 360 Days: Provide RMO metrics for your region, including demand and capacity forecasts, to enhance enablement and recruitment plans.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
  • Experience in professional services.
  • Experience in the technology sector.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
