About the Role

GKN Automotive is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating workshops to provide Commercial Processes requirements, analyzing and optimizing end-to-end Commercial processes, and ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end Commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to provide Commercial Processes requirements for sales, distribution, pricing, and revenue and commercial analytics.
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end Commercial processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA functionalities for maximum efficiency.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements to ensure all aspects of the business processes are mentioned in the documentation.
  • Lead efforts to integrate SAP S/4HANA and Demantra/HIS/Windchill solution seamlessly, ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end Commercial operations.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of Commercial-related SAP S/4HANA solution through thorough testing and validation.
  • Support the training material preparation, review, and approval, and act as a key point of contact for Commercial-related SAP S/4HANA inquiries.
  • Support change management initiatives and facilitate communication and training to ensure a smooth transition to new Commercial-related SAP S/4HANA solution.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA Commercial analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD, CX) module and related commercial functionalities.
  • Technical background and ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Ability to understand the impact of issues on business and identify suitable solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within the Commercial domain.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage Commercial stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • SAP S/4HANA certifications in Commercial are a plus.
Education and Language Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Good English language – both verbal and written.
