We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the Zentralbereich Unternehmensplanung / Controlling / Risikomanagement department at our Stuttgart location.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controlling strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage SAP projects, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Act as the organizational unit's representative and lead the IT team in the department, ensuring compliance with VAIT and DORA regulations.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Support the department and central management in strategic decision-making and project planning.
  • Take on special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required by management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in controlling, risk management, or reporting in a financial services company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • SAP knowledge, especially in the CO module, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
