As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Coordinating and documenting both internal and external processes throughout plant construction projects, covering planning, tendering, and execution phases
  • Leading a project team and managing internal and external interfaces
  • Engaging with project stakeholders, including clients and specialist planners
  • Participating in and leading coordination meetings to define project scope, content, and timelines
  • Assessing project implementation and optimizing requirements concerning costs, timelines, and quality
  • Verifying technical solutions to ensure they meet customer specifications, completeness, and contractual obligations
  • Preparing documentation to capture coordination outcomes

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree in Business Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant expertise in planning and project processes within the construction sector
  • A solid understanding of project management, construction practices, and technical execution
  • Basic knowledge of VOB and HOAI performance phases
  • Familiarity with heat generation systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities
  • An independent and responsible work ethic
  • Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written
