Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and document both internal and external processes throughout the planning, bidding, and construction phases of plant construction projects
  • Lead a project team while managing internal and external communications
  • Engage with project stakeholders including clients and specialist planners
  • Facilitate and lead coordination meetings to establish project scope, content, and timelines
  • Evaluate project execution and enhance requirements concerning costs, timelines, and quality
  • Assess technical solutions to ensure they meet customer specifications and contractual obligations
  • Compile project documentation reflecting coordination outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven knowledge of planning and project processes within the construction sector
  • Familiarity with project management, construction, and technical execution is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of VOB and HOAI performance phases
  • Desirable knowledge of heat generation systems
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Proficient in German, both spoken and written
