Deine Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Procurement Manager, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sourcing-Strategien spezialisiert hat. Du wirst Teil des Procurement Management Teams in Hannover sein, das sich auf die Sicherstellung eines optimalen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses bei der Beschaffung konzentriert und den Geschäfts- und Projektwert für unser Tagesgeschäft maximiert.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sourcing-Strategien
  • Aktives Management von Stakeholdern in allen Uniper-Geschäftsbereichen, lokal und international
  • Kooperation mit den anderen Procurement-Funktionen, Business Solutions, Performance & Culture und Digitalisierungs-Teams
  • Durchführung der täglichen Aufgaben in den relevanten Systemen und Tools; SAP, SAP Ariba (und Ivalua e-Sourcing)
  • Aktives Management der Uniper-Supplier, um wettbewerbsfähige Verträge und zuverlässige Lieferungen sicherzustellen
  • Verwaltung von Verträgen und Reklamationen, falls erforderlich
Dein Profil
  • Ausgezeichnete Ausbildung in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Procurement, gerne auch in der Energiewirtschaft
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, SAP Ariba und einschlägigen Plattformen (z. B. eVergabe) wäre von Vorteil
  • Hohe intrinsische Motivation und selbständiger Arbeitsstil
  • Fähigkeit, eine Vielzahl von Stakeholdern, ihre widersprüchlichen Anforderungen und funktionsübergreifenden Überschneidungen zu managen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch Kommunikationskenntnisse (mindestens C1) für Deutsch Office erforderlich, Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
