Support Worker for Individuals with Disabilities

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and understanding Support Worker to join our team at Bethel's Gihon House in Bielefeld-Bethel. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities, often combined with epilepsy.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to our clients, catering to their unique needs and wishes.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a high level of care and support.
- Communicate effectively with family members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.

- Above-average remuneration based on AVR DD, the tariff of the Diakonie Germany.
- Flexible working hours, with up to 29.25 hours per week possible.

Your Profile

- Availability to work shifts and weekends.
- Fundamental understanding of participation and community-oriented action.
- Ideal experience in caregiving.
- Driver's license Class B desirable – but not mandatory.
