About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor:in to join our team at Actemium Cegelec Services GmbH. As an Electrical Supervisor:in, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians and ensuring the successful execution of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure the successful execution of electrical projects
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical work on site
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and implement electrical project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate potential electrical hazards and risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in electrical project management and supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
