Student Assistant in Talent Development (m/w/d)

Location: Berlin

Start: Immediate (initially limited for 2 years - 20 hours per week)

YOUR NEW ROLE WITH US

You will assist in national and international projects such as the annual employee survey and the implementation of the global onboarding concept. Additionally, you will prepare Talent Development events before and after they take place. You will also handle the administration of external and internal training sessions. You will translate international training materials (English-German). Furthermore, you will track costs, create statistics, and prepare presentations.

YOUR TALENTS FOR SUCCESS

You are enrolled in a business administration program and ideally have gained initial work experience through internships or other student assistant roles. You possess planning and organizational skills as well as strong communication abilities. You impress with your excellent expression and meticulous work style. You are proficient in MS Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You have very good English skills, both written and spoken, along with a solid mathematical understanding.
