Operations Site Leader

Unsere Fulfillment Center (FCs) sind das Rückgrat unserer Betriebsabläufe, um unseren Kunden täglich frische Lebensmittel zu liefern. Um dies zu gewährleisten, arbeiten an jedem Standort bis zu 500 Lagerkräfte, auch Shopper genannt, um Pünktlichkeit und Qualität sicherzustellen.

In der Rolle des Site Lead - Operations, auch bekannt als FC Lead, übernimmst du eine Schlüsselposition, um die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden zu gewährleisten. Du leitest dein Team vor Ort und arbeitest eng mit deinem Führungsteam zusammen, um die Fulfillment-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leite und inspiriere das Team im Fulfillment Center mit über 500 Mitarbeitenden sowie ein Team von zwei Operations Managern und fünf Supervisors.
  • Trage die Verantwortung für alle Lagerabläufe und stelle sicher, dass diese reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Optimiere und überwache die bestehenden Logistikstrukturen und -prozesse und definiere neue Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs).
  • Engagiere dich in der operativen Kapazitätsplanung deines Fulfillment Centers.
  • Gewährleiste die Arbeitssicherheit gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Pflege den Austausch mit anderen FC Leads in verschiedenen Ländern.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Supply Chain Management, mit mehr als 5 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung, idealerweise in einem operativen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalysetools wie Tableau und Excel.
  • Du erkennst Probleme schnell und entwickelst zügig Lösungen, indem du numerische Informationen effizient verarbeitest.
  • Mit deiner praktischen Mentalität setzt du Ideen in erfolgreiche Maßnahmen um und agierst als Vorbild.
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch.
