About the Role

Olympus is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial roadmap for operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a commercial roadmap that drives business growth and revenue.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Endoscopy workflow, operations, and launching software and hospital IT-centric products in healthcare.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships with healthcare professionals to maintain and strengthen core business relationships and promote market growth.
  • Formulate and adjust pricing strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain segmentation and targeting strategies to identify and prioritize key market segments for Olympus products.

Requirements

  • BA/BS with preference for physical sciences, computer science, engineering, or business. MBA strongly preferred.
  • At least six (6) years of successful healthcare product management experience.
  • Extensive experience in commercializing new technologies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success delivering results in highly matrixed organizations.
