Lead Technician in Power Electronics Engineering

We are currently seeking a Lead Technician in Power Electronics Engineering - Installation 100% (m/f/d) for our nationwide projects in railroad power supply.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and servicing of power supply systems and electrical installations.
  • Documenting the construction process and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors on-site.
  • Regularly liaising with construction management and participating in project meetings.
  • Supervising the installation team's work to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Preparing measurements for quantity and mass assessment.

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • A completed vocational training in an electrical engineering discipline, such as electrician, mechatronics engineer, industrial electrician, or electrical systems fitter.
  • Specialized knowledge or several years of experience in electrical engineering, along with initial supervisory experience.
  • Experience in constructing MV, DC, and LV switchgear.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Management responsibility for the assembly team.
  • A willingness to engage in diverse activities across the country.
  • A valid Class B driver's license.

  • Strong communication skills in German, both written and spoken, along with the ability to converse in English.
