Lead Technician in Power Electronics Engineering

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Lead Technician in Power Electronics Engineering - Installation 100% (m/f/d) to oversee our nationwide projects focused on railroad power supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and servicing of power supply systems and electrical setups.
- Document the construction process and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on-site.
- Engage in regular discussions with construction management and participate in project meetings.
- Supervise the installation team's activities and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare measurements for quantity and mass assessments.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering discipline, such as electrician, mechatronics engineer, industrial electrician, or electrical systems fitter.
- In-depth knowledge or several years of experience in electrical engineering, with initial supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with the construction of MV, DC, and LV switchgear.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in managing assembly teams.
- Willingness to engage in diverse activities across the country.
- Valid Class B driver's license.

- Authorization for switching operations up to 30kV.
- Proficient communication skills in German, both spoken and written, with the ability to converse in English.
