Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Corporate Real Estate Manager für unser Headquarter in München.

Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams wirst du die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Immobilien der Serviceplan Group übernehmen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Erschließung neuer Immobilien, deren An- und Untervermietung, den Aufbau und den laufenden Betrieb sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Standorte bei der Immobilienbedarfsermittlung und der Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen sowie der Immobiliensuche, -Bewertung und -Empfehlung unter Berücksichtigung von Corporate Design und Corporate Identity
  • Begleitung des Prozesses von Anmietung bis hin zur Ab- und Übernahme der Immobilien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertragsmanagement zur Steuerung der Untervermietungsprozesse
  • Auswahl von Dienstleistenden, wie z.B. Maklerbüro, Projektsteuerung, Innen-/Architektur, Change Management, etc.
  • Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Immobilienstrategie und das Flächenmanagement unter Berücksichtigung von immobilienspezifischen KPIs und Leitlinien
  • Strategieberatung im immobilienwirtschaftlichen und infrastrukturellen Bereich
  • Organisations- und Prozessberatung im Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) sowie Facility Management (FM)
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate Real Estate Management
  • Sehr gute Projektmanagement-Skills
  • Branchenrelevante Netzwerke
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (national und international) in einem Umfang von circa 30%
  • Gutes Gespür für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und deren kulturellen Besonderheiten
  • Hohes Maß an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten, Serviceorientierung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Präsentations- und Überzeugungsstärke
  • Kenntnisse in diversen Management-Tools, digitalen Lösungen sowie qualitativen und quantitativen Bewertungsmethoden
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
