Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, paid media, and performance marketing to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Distribute assets and drive reach and engagement using both organic distribution and paid media.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create and distribute insightful, quality content about AI.
  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to recommend improvements that enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Leverage analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Run A/B testing campaigns and set up B2B programmatic ads.
  • Establish performance metrics and budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI and digital marketing to keep KI Group GmbH ahead of the curve.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or growth role, ideally in the tech sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with paid media and performance marketing, including Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Experience running A/B testing campaigns and setting up B2B programmatic ads.
  • Passion and a strong understanding of the AI landscape.
  • Ideally Business German speaking
