Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung des Bereichs Qualitätskontrolle (QC) innerhalb des globalen Qualitätsmanagements
- Definition und Implementierung von QC-Prozessen basierend auf Richtlinien, Normen und internen Vorgaben
- Etablierung und Aufrechterhaltung einer effizienten, digitalen Test- und Freigabestrategie
- Erstellen und Review von Messmethodenbeschreibungen, sowie abgeleiteter SOP's
- Mitarbeit an funktionsübergreifenden Projekten zur Harmonisierung, Optimierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von QC-Prozessen und deren Schnittstellen
- Etablierung und Überwachung von harmonisierten Messmethoden und -anweisungen; Training und Unterstützung für die Produktionsstandorte
- Durchführung und Dokumentation interner Audits mit Schwerpunkt der Anforderungen aus der ISO 15378 / ISO 13485, sowie der internen SOP's
- Definition von QC-Messwerkzeugen und Metrologie
- Mitarbeiterführung
- Technischer Support und Schulungen
Ihr Profil
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereich Qualitätskontrolle und/ oder Qualitätsmanagement, bevorzugt in der Pharma-/ Pharmazuliefererindustrie
- Erfahrung mit der Implementierung und Pflege von Standards und Prüfmethoden
- Kenntnisse im Bereich optischer und mechanischer Prüfverfahren mit Anwendungsbezug auf Glas und Kunststoffe und elektronischer Freigabeprozesse
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieur-/ naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitern
- Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten sind von Vorteil
- Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
