Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leitung des Bereichs Quality Control (QC) innerhalb des globalen Qualitätsmanagements
  • Definition und Implementierung von QC-Prozessen basierend auf Richtlinien, Normen und internen Vorgaben
  • Etablierung und Aufrechterhaltung einer effizienten, digitalen Test- und Freigabestrategie
  • Erstellen und Review von Messmethodenbeschreibungen, sowie abgeleiteter SOP‘s
  • Mitarbeit an funktionsübergreifenden Projekten zur Harmonisierung, Optimierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von QC-Prozessen und deren Schnittstellen
  • Etablierung und Überwachung von harmonisierten Messmethoden und -anweisungen; Training und Unterstützung für die Produktionsstandorte
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation interner Audits mit Schwerpunkt der Anforderungen aus der ISO 15378 / ISO 13485, sowie der internen SOP‘s
  • Definition von QC-Messwerkzeugen und Metrologie
  • Mitarbeiterführung
  • Technischer Support und Schulungen
Ihr Profil
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereich Qualitätskontrolle und/ oder Qualitätsmanagement, bevorzugt in der Pharma-/ Pharmazuliefererindustrie
  • Erfahrung mit der Implementierung und Pflege von Standards und Prüfmethoden
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich optischer und mechanischer Prüfverfahren mit Anwendungsbezug auf Glas und Kunststoffe und elektronischer Freigabeprozesse
  • Abgeschlossenes ingenieur-/ naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitern
  • Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten sind von Vorteil
  • Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
