Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of insurance applications, from initial requests to policy cancellations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, addressing inquiries related to life insurance
  • Interact with clients to promote our offerings, generate leads for our sales team, and establish service agreements
Your Profile
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Adaptable, driven, and open to working within our service hours
  • Technically inclined with a quick learning ability for new software
  • Completed training as an Insurance Consultant in Life Insurance or equivalent qualifications
  • Prior experience in the life insurance sector is advantageous

This role can be tailored to full-time or part-time arrangements. We encourage candidates to enhance their qualifications through our training initiatives.
