We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team in Cologne. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific product category at Gothaer Life, with a focus on biometric products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective product distribution and customer engagement
  • Design and deliver product training programs for sales teams and customers
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform product development and strategy

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, with a focus on biometrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Relevant education and experience in a related field, such as insurance or finance
