**Manager Allocation Specialist**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Allocation Specialist to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for preparing in-season allocation and trading across our own retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare trading and allocations to ensure that our stores' needs are covered by following the channel ranges provided by our market CTC assortment plan teams, and by providing the optimal initial volumes to achieve store sales plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis to implement in-season replenishment of stocks according to store performance.
- Build and manage key relationships with local retail teams to maximize business and proactively drive efficiency through KPIs.
- Review product performance on a store level and provide insights to the team on findings and recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives of all allocation and trading systems and tools.
- Control the flow of stock effectively from regular to ensure product relevance in regular stores, adequate stock clearance, and margin optimization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge, including company policies and practices.
- Relevant job experience in an allocation and trading function, and fully qualified and trained in the procedures and systems.
- Proactive mindset, ability to think end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to self-direct and work effectively within a team environment and under pressure.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business.
- SAP Retail is an advantage.
Requisite Education and Experience:
- University degree in business, ideally with a marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of typical relevant work experience.
