Job Summary

This role leads the Rosenheim, Germany Real Estate Workplace Operations, reporting to the Head of Global Workplace Operations EMEA. The successful candidate will own the relationship with Ericsson stakeholders for the Rosenheim location and be responsible for meeting users' Workplace Experience needs, delivered through the inhouse team and Ericsson's outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder engagement and supply partner management
  • Cost management to achieve delivery of FM & hospitality services, workplace management and sustainability objectives
  • Closely collaborate with Real Estate's Portfolio & Project Management, IT, Security, EHS and local business units
  • Align workplace strategies, practices and operations with Global Real Estate strategies
  • Close collaboration with Real Estate Portfolio & Project Management to achieve location strategies
  • Present data to key stakeholders and drive stakeholder engagement
  • Develop effective and summarised presentations on complex topics
  • Exhibit Change & Improvement Management Skills and show understanding of Real Estate Process, Models & Strategies
  • Strong leadership and management experience within multiple site Region
  • Major corporate campus facilities experience and running several projects, sites and financials within a multiple location portfolio
  • English and German language proficiency
Requirements
  • Solid workplace management experience, with both operational FM and stakeholder management roles
  • Developing and implementing global standards, especially in a manufacturing environment
