About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development and Growth Specialist to join our team at nugrow GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development projects, initiating new business relationships, and maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team with business development projects, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Initiate new business relationships and maintain existing ones, ensuring strong customer relationships and a positive market image.
  • Manage our customer database, organize relationship management, and ensure effective market image.
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare presentations of research outcomes and for clients, showcasing your excellent communication skills.
  • Assist the team during internal meetings and events, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Currently studying a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in a related field is a plus, demonstrating your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Independent, reliable, confident, and strong-willed, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong focus on data analysis and presentation.
  • A friendly and approachable person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills in speech and writing, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
