About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist for Giro Accounts to join our team at Sparkasse Mittelthüringen. As a key member of our Payments team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers in the area of payments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic customer support in the area of payments, including analysis of payment inflows, outflows, and information.
  • Regularly exchange information with primary customer advisors to align customer potential.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Electronic Banking department to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via hotline and provide final answers to customer questions.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in banking and a high affinity for new information technologies and techniques. You should have a strong interest in the areas of payment, e-commerce, payment processing, and software.

  • A degree in banking or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, combined with a high degree of flexibility.
  • A confident and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
