With your expertise, you will be a key driver in shaping the future direction of VHV in the private motor insurance sector.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Utilizing your analytical mindset to contribute to the advancement of VHV's private motor insurance offerings
- Assisting in tariff and product development with a focus on market- and risk-appropriate pricing strategies
- Conducting data-driven analyses (including competitive assessments and customer behavior studies) and deriving actionable recommendations
- Independently advancing topics from initial concept through to preparation and presentation at the management level
- You have successfully completed a degree in business with a quantitative focus or a related field
- You are passionate about numerical thinking combined with a drive to achieve success
- You possess experience in data analytics and have knowledge of R or Python as well as Power BI
- You are a strong communicator and a team player
- Project management experience, ideally in agile project management, is advantageous
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken (Level C1)
