About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Continental. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Market Intelligence and Consumer Insights team in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports for internal research studies, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends, identifying opportunities and challenges for Continental's tire business.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to support business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
  • Support the conceptual design and execution of B2C/B2B studies, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in projects, collaborating with colleagues to drive business outcomes.
  • Perform other tasks as required, based on capacity, experience, and skillset.
Requirements
  • Students in business administration, economics, marketing, statistics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, with experience in visualization/analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong interest in working with data and driving business outcomes.
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Structured and independent work style.
  • Curiosity, self-initiative, and a desire to develop professionally.
